Bright Curiosities

Imagine a place full of bright curiosities and colorful iconography. Everywhere you look is brimming with possibility. It’s colorful, textured, sophisticated, and ethereal. And if you’re wondering where you are, you’ve made it to my newest body of work, “Bright Curiosities”. I’ve spent a whole year accumulating bits and parcels, manipulating layers, and digging into the brilliance of embroidery and beadwork. I’ve been combining mixed media abstraction with my own scientific need to explore and try new things. Over a year, what has emerged is a treasure trove of wild exploration and soulful, eclectic art.
